Bruno Lorenzon Mercurey 1er Cru "Les Champs Martin" 2022 is a refined Burgundy red wine from the Mercurey Premier Cru appellation in the Côte Chalonnaise. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it comes from the renowned Les Champs Martin climat and combines ripe fruit, elegant tannins, freshness and a refined mineral character. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted, with a significant proportion of whole clusters used during vinification. The wine is aged in oak barrels, approximately 30% new, before further maturation in stainless steel.

Deep ruby red with an attractive, vibrant appearance.

Nose:
Expressive aromas of cherry, raspberry, blackberry and blackcurrant, complemented by notes of spice, licorice, vanilla and subtle precious wood.

Palate:
Full and silky, with concentrated ripe-fruit flavours, enveloping tannins, balanced acidity and a finely structured spicy and woody character.

Finish:
Long, elegant and persistent, with lingering red and black fruit, spice, mineral and subtle earthy notes.
