Bruno Lorenzon Mercurey 1er Cru "Les Champs Martin - Cuvée Carline" 2021 is an elegant and expressive Burgundy red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. The Cuvée Carline comes from the Les Champs Martin Premier Cru climat in Mercurey, Côte Chalonnaise, showcasing the refined fruit and mineral character of this Burgundy terroir.
The grapes are harvested manually in small 6kg crates and vinified without acidification. The wine is aged in wooden barrels, including approximately 30% new oak, followed by additional maturation in stainless steel tanks. This approach develops depth and texture while maintaining the natural freshness and elegance of the Pinot Noir.
