Caorunn Gin 700ml

Caorunn Gin is a small-batch Scottish gin crafted at the historic Balmenach Distillery in Speyside. It is known for its distinctive use of a “Copper Berry Chamber” infusion method, where botanicals are gently infused rather than aggressively distilled, helping preserve their fresh aromatic character.

The gin combines traditional botanicals with five locally foraged Scottish ingredients such as rowan berry, heather, bog myrtle, coul blush apple, and dandelion leaf. This gives it a uniquely crisp, lightly floral, and subtly fruity profile that sets it apart from classic London Dry gins.

Balanced, refreshing, and clean, Caorunn is often considered a “modern Scottish gin” built for both classic Gin & Tonics and more delicate serves.
