The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in small batches under controlled temperatures, followed by extended maturation in French oak barriques, large oak barrels, and bottle. The 2018 vintage offers a rich and expressive profile of red and black forest fruits, vanilla, oak, warm spices, and dark chocolate, supported by silky tannins and a long, persistent finish.
