The Champagne Agrapart Les 7 Crus Extra Brut NV is the entry-level cuvée from Champagne Pascal Agrapart & Fils, a highly regarded grower Champagne producer based in Avize in the Côte des Blancs. Agrapart is known for its estate-grown fruit, meticulous vineyard work and terroir-driven Champagnes that emphasise freshness, minerality and purity.

The name Les 7 Crus refers to the seven villages contributing fruit to the blend. The cuvée combines grapes from four Grand Cru villages — Avize, Cramant, Oiry and Oger — with three Premier Cru villages — Avenay-Val-d'Or, Val des Marais and Vauciennes. The blend is composed of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, giving the Champagne a distinctly mineral and Chardonnay-led character with additional structure from Pinot Noir.

The wine is produced from two vintages blended together and receives a relatively low dosage of approximately 5g/L, placing it firmly in the Extra Brut category. Agrapart's wines are bottled at the domaine, neither fined nor filtered, with manual riddling forming part of the traditional production approach.

On the palate, Les 7 Crus combines bright citrus and orchard fruit with fine chalky minerality, savoury freshness and subtle pastry and toasted nuances. Its energetic structure and restrained dosage make it particularly well suited to food, while its depth and complexity make it considerably more serious than a typical entry-level Champagne.
