Château Clerc Milon Pauillac 2015 is a Fifth Growth Bordeaux from the Pauillac appellation, produced by the Mouton Rothschild team. The wine is distinguished by its five-variety blend, combining Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Carmenère to create a structured yet elegant expression of Pauillac.
The 2015 vintage is rich and harmonious, offering concentrated fruit, finely textured tannins, vibrant freshness and impressive aromatic complexity. Its polished structure and depth give it excellent ageing potential.

Tasting Notes

Colour:
Crystal-clear deep garnet red with violet highlights.

Nose:
Fresh and elegant aromas of ripe morello cherry, blackberry, cassis and plum, complemented by liquorice, toast, cedar, violet and subtle spice.

Palate:
Silky and medium to full-bodied, with crisp red and black fruit, dark chocolate, dried flowers and finely polished tannins. Bright acidity provides freshness and balance.

Finish:
Long, succulent and refined, with lingering dark fruit, spice, subtle mint and savoury-mineral freshness.
