Château de Tracy Pouilly-Fumé 2025 is a refined Loire Valley white wine made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grown on flint, limestone, and Kimmeridgian marl soils. The wine combines the freshness and aromatic precision of Sauvignon Blanc with the mineral and saline character of its Pouilly-Fumé terroirs. The 2025 vintage was produced through traditional winemaking, with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel and concrete tanks, followed by ageing split between stainless steel and concrete.

Expressive aromas of fresh pear, white peach, lemon zest, white fruit, and fresh mineral notes, followed by subtle hints of anise, sweet licorice, and a delicate smoky character.
