Château Haut-Bailly Pessac-Léognan 2007 is an elegant and mature Bordeaux red from one of Pessac-Léognan's renowned estates. The vintage is composed of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc, producing a refined wine with expressive dark and red fruit, delicate floral character, cedar, earthy nuances and subtle spice. The palate is medium-bodied and silky, supported by fine tannins, fresh acidity and a persistent mineral finish.
