First released in 2012, Les Griffons expresses the estate's Pauillac heritage through a distinctive blend of ripe fruit, refined structure and polished tannins.

The 2019 vintage combines 59% Merlot and 41% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, including 60% new oak, the wine develops depth and complexity while retaining the freshness of its fruit.

The bouquet reveals expressive blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry, layered with subtle oak, spice, tobacco, violet and graphite. On the palate, generous dark-fruit flavours are supported by fine-grained tannins, freshness and mineral character, leading to a long, elegant finish.
