Clos du Moulin aux Moines Pernand-Vergelesses "Les Combottes" Blanc 2022 is a refined Burgundy Chardonnay from a 1.26-hectare parcel planted in 1982. Located on a hillside extending from the prestigious Corton-Charlemagne terroir, the vineyard has white marl and clay-limestone soils. The wine is naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts in 350–400L oak barrels and aged for 10 months, with less than 10% new oak. It is bottled without filtration or fining.
