Produced under the Valdobbiadene DOCG appellation, it showcases a particularly dry and precise expression of Prosecco with fine, persistent bubbles and refreshing acidity.
The wine displays an elegant combination of floral and citrus aromas with white peach, pear and apple. Its Extra Brut Zero dosage gives the wine a distinctly dry character, while its rounded texture and lively mousse maintain balance and freshness.
Produced using the Charmat method, the wine preserves the fresh fruit and aromatic character of the Glera grape while developing a refined sparkling texture.
