As the estate’s second wine, Pagodes de Cos offers an approachable expression of the property’s signature style, combining concentrated fruit, refined tannins and fresh acidity.
The 2017 vintage is a blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. It presents expressive aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, ripe plum and raspberry, complemented by floral notes, liquorice, cocoa and subtle spice. Silky tannins and a lively, balanced palate contribute to its elegant structure and persistent finish. Expressive and complex, with blackcurrant, blackberry, ripe plum and raspberry aromas, complemented by violet, cedar, liquorice, dark chocolate and subtle earthy notes.

Medium-bodied to full-bodied, with layers of blackcurrant, dark cherry and ripe plum. Silky, fine-grained tannins provide structure, while fresh acidity, hints of spice and savoury mineral nuances create balance and depth.

Long and refined, with lingering dark fruit, blackcurrant, subtle cedar, liquorice and savoury spice.
