CVNE La Val Albariño 2024 is a fresh and expressive Spanish white wine made from 100% Albariño grapes from the Rías Baixas region of Galicia. The wine combines grapes from different estate vineyards, bringing together the distinctive characteristics of granite, alluvial, pebble and schist soils. These different sites contribute freshness, fruitiness and mineral character to the finished wine.
The grapes are manually harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural freshness and aromatic character of Albariño. The wine offers vibrant acidity, fresh fruit flavours, floral and herbal nuances, and a distinctive saline-mineral character associated with its Atlantic-influenced terroir.
The 750ml glass bottle makes it an excellent choice for seafood dinners, casual gatherings, restaurants, hotels, summer occasions and premium Spanish wine selections.

Tasting Notes

Colour:
Pale straw yellow with bright greenish reflections, clean and brilliant.

Nose:
Fresh and aromatic with white fruit, citrus, peach and subtle tropical fruit, complemented by fresh herbs, floral nuances and a delicate mineral character.

Palate:
Dry, fresh and lively with citrus, white peach and ripe fruit flavours. Vibrant acidity provides energy and balance, while the mineral and saline character adds depth and structure.

Finish:
Long, crisp and refreshing with lingering citrus, mineral and saline notes and a subtle pleasant bitterness.
