CVNE La Val Finca Arantei 2023 750ml

CVNE La Val Finca Arantei 2023 is a premium single-vineyard white wine made exclusively from 100% Albariño grapes grown at Finca Arantei in the Rías Baixas region of Galicia, Spain. The vineyard was planted in 1989 and is one of the older Albariño vineyards in the appellation, with deep alluvial soils formed by sediments deposited by the Miño River.
The wine is produced from carefully selected grapes that undergo cold skin maceration before gentle pressing and fermentation. It is aged for six months on fine lees, with 10% of the wine fermented in 600-litre French oak barrels, adding additional texture and subtle complexity while preserving the wine's fresh varietal character.
The result is an expressive and elegant Albariño with pronounced mineral character, fresh citrus and fruit flavours, herbal nuances and a creamy lees-derived texture. Its vibrant acidity and long finish make it particularly suited to seafood, fish, fresh cheeses and refined dining.

Colour:
Lemon yellow with bright greenish reflections, clean and brilliant.

Nose:
Complex and expressive with apple, citrus and grapefruit, accompanied by fresh herbs such as fennel and laurel. Subtle lychee, brioche, mineral, quartz and flint nuances add depth and complexity.

Palate:
Fresh, structured and harmonious with vibrant acidity, ripe fruit and citrus flavours. Fine lees contribute a subtle creamy texture, while the mineral and saline character provides depth and precision.

Finish:
Long, fresh and persistent with citrus, mineral and lightly herbal notes, finishing with refreshing acidity and a distinctive saline character.
