David Léclapart L'Aphrodisiaque 2017 is a prestigious Premier Cru Brut Nature Champagne from Trépail in the Montagne de Reims. Crafted from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, this distinctive vintage Champagne showcases the purity of the fruit and the mineral character of its terroir.

The wine is produced with a low-intervention approach, including spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The base wine is aged on the lees, predominantly in used Burgundy barrels, before extended bottle aging on the lees. It is disgorged without the addition of dosage, resulting in a Brut Nature style with 0 g/L sugar.

L'Aphrodisiaque 2017 combines fine, lively bubbles with an elegant and structured palate. Its Chardonnay component contributes freshness and minerality, while Pinot Noir adds depth and richness, creating a complex Champagne with a long, refined finish.
