De Martino La Cancha Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a premium single-vineyard Chilean red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at the La Cancha vineyard in Santa Inés, Isla de Maipo, in Chile's Maipo Valley. The vineyard was planted in 2003 and features alluvial soils with abundant gravel, under a temperate Mediterranean climate influenced by the Pacific Ocean.
The 2023 vintage displays an intense and expressive character, with prominent cassis and graphite aromas accompanied by spice and a subtle menthol note that brings freshness. On the palate, the wine combines concentrated fruit, fresh acidity and very soft tannins, creating an elegant and textured expression with a remarkably long finish.

Deep ruby red with intense violet reflections.

Nose:
Powerful and expressive with cassis, dark berries, graphite, spices and subtle menthol notes.

Palate:
Intense and elegant with concentrated black fruit and cassis flavours. Fresh acidity provides vibrancy, while very soft tannins create a smooth and refined texture.

Finish:
Very long and persistent with lingering cassis, graphite, spice and fresh menthol characteristics.
