Dehours & Fils Champagne Extra Brut "Terre de Meunier" NV is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne made exclusively from Pinot Meunier. The cuvée comes from two steep, high-altitude vineyards: Le Patis de Cerseuil, facing south, and Les Vignes dans le Bois, facing north. Both vineyards are planted on clay soils and contribute to the wine's distinctive freshness, fruit character and mineral structure.

A small proportion of reserve wine is included in the blend, with the reserve component vinified and matured in barrels. The wine undergoes complete malolactic fermentation and is aged for approximately 18–30 months in bottle on its lees.

The Extra Brut style emphasizes purity and freshness, with fine bubbles, vibrant acidity and a dry finish. Its combination of fresh orchard fruit, citrus, subtle floral notes and gentle honeyed and pastry nuances makes it an elegant and versatile Champagne for both aperitif and food-pairing occasions.

Tasting Notes

Colour:
Pale golden yellow with bright reflections and a fine, persistent mousse.

Nose:
Fresh and expressive with yellow apple, pear, citrus, white flowers and subtle notes of honey, fresh bread and gentle spice.

Palate:
Pure and refreshing, showing orchard fruits, grapefruit, citrus peel and delicate pastry notes. Bright acidity provides energy, while fine bubbles and subtle minerality add texture and balance.

Finish:
Clean, dry and refreshing with lingering citrus, apple, mineral and lightly honeyed notes.
