Dictador CAPITULO I 24 Years Old Sherry Cask is a rare Colombian vintage rum distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2020 after 24 years of maturation.

The Sherry cask influence gives this mature rum a distinctive combination of dried fruit, sweet Sherry character, vanilla, oak, leather, tobacco and warming spice. Red fruit and cherry notes add brightness to its deeper chocolate and woody character.

Limited to only 900 bottles worldwide, this expression is positioned as a premium collectible rum intended primarily for sipping and appreciation.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Deep amber with attractive golden reflections.

Nose: Intense dry Sherry aromas lead into vanilla and oak, followed by subtle leather and light cigar notes. Cinnamon and ginger add warmth and complexity.

Palate: Full-bodied and complex, with sweet Sherry, red soft fruits and cherry-stone character, supported by cinnamon, oak dryness and earthy hints of patchouli.

Finish: Long, warm and gently sweet, with lingering leather, tobacco and subtle oak spice.
