Dictador Párrafo I Fino Vintage 1999 is a rare Colombian vintage rum distilled in 1999 and matured for 23 years in Sherry cask.

The expression combines the depth of long-aged Colombian rum with the distinctive influence of Sherry maturation. Its profile moves from crème brûlée, agave and bright floral notes on the nose to rye bread, cinnamon, baked apple and leather on the palate, finishing with bitter orange, rhubarb and grapefruit.

Released as part of Dictador's Párrafo I Fine & Rare collection, the expression is limited to just 300 bottles, making it particularly suited to collectors and premium rum enthusiasts.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Rich amber with warm golden and copper highlights.

Nose: Elegant and aromatic, with the toasted top of crème brûlée, agave, bright yellow flowers and oak spices. Subtle liquorice adds depth, while the oak provides a mature and polished character.

Palate: Complex and earthy, showing freshly baked rye bread, cinnamon-spiced apple doughnuts and leather. Fruity apple notes provide brightness, while toasted hazelnuts and gentle spice add richness.

Finish: Long and distinctive, with bitter orange, rhubarb and grapefruit, accompanied by lingering oak spice and subtle dried-fruit character.
