Dictador Párrafo I Fino Vintage 2007 is a premium Colombian vintage rum distilled in 2007 and matured for 15 years, with Sherry cask influence adding depth and complexity to the spirit.

The expression presents a refined combination of maple syrup, baked pastry, apple compote and strawberries with cream on the nose. On the palate, grape and fruit sweetness meet cinnamon, cardamom and earthy spice, while the finish brings light spice, vanilla and lingering maple syrup.

Designed primarily as a sipping rum, this expression offers a fruit-forward and dessert-like character while retaining the oak and spice complexity expected from a mature Dictador vintage.

Colour: Rich amber with warm golden and copper highlights.

Nose: Aromatic and inviting, with maple syrup, freshly baked French pastries and apple compote, followed by delicate strawberry-and-cream notes.

Palate: Smooth and expressive, with grape and natural fruit sweetness, followed by earthy cinnamon and cardamom. Subtle fruit and spice notes add depth, with a gentle rhubarb character developing toward the end.
