Tasting Notes

Colour: Rich amber with warm golden and copper highlights.

Nose: Aromatic and expressive, with ripe banana, lightly toasted coconut and red cherries. Liquorice powder and nutmeg add spice, supported by a soft backbone of vanilla.

Palate: Smooth and creamy, with coffee and cream, banana split, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, followed by ripe red cherry notes.

Finish: Elegant and lingering, with heather honey, lavender and sweet tea, leaving a soft, lightly floral and honeyed finish.
