Colour:
Brilliant pale gold with fine, persistent streams of delicate bubbles.

Nose:
A refined bouquet of white peach, apricot, citrus zest, green mango, jasmine, orange blossom, toasted brioche, almond, fresh mint, and delicate smoky minerality, complemented by subtle hints of spice and chalk.

Palate:
Medium to full-bodied with remarkable precision and energy. Flavours of ripe stone fruits, lemon, grapefruit, pear, toasted hazelnut, brioche, and subtle vanilla are layered over vibrant acidity and pronounced chalky minerality.
