The Dom Pérignon P2 Champagne 2005 750ml is an exceptional expression of Dom Pérignon presented at its Second Plénitude (P2). Rather than being a separate cuvée, P2 represents a later stage in the evolution of the same vintage Champagne, after significantly longer maturation in the cellar.
The 2005 vintage produced wines with impressive richness, concentration and aromatic intensity. A relatively warm growing season was balanced by cooler periods, allowing the grapes to achieve good maturity while retaining the acidity and structure required for extended ageing.
Dom Pérignon P2 2005 has undergone substantially longer cellar maturation than the original release, allowing the Champagne to develop additional depth, texture and aromatic complexity. The extended ageing brings together ripe fruit, citrus, toasted brioche, almond, pastry, spice and mineral notes.
At P2, the wine enters a more developed stage of Dom Pérignon's evolution, offering greater intensity and complexity while retaining the freshness and precision expected from the house.

Colour:
Deep golden yellow with luminous amber reflections and a fine, persistent mousse.
Nose:
Complex and intense with aromas of ripe yellow fruit, peach, pear and citrus, developing into toasted almond, brioche, pastry, honey, spice and subtle mineral notes.
Palate:
Powerful and precise with concentrated flavours of ripe stone fruit, citrus, yellow apple and pear. The texture is creamy and layered, supported by vibrant acidity and mineral tension, with toasted brioche, almond, pastry and delicate spice adding complexity.
Finish:
Exceptionally long and persistent with lingering ripe fruit, citrus, toasted almond, brioche, pastry, spice and refined mineral freshness.
