The 2003 vintage was one of the warmest and most unusual growing seasons in Champagne's modern history. A very warm summer resulted in grapes with pronounced ripeness and concentration, creating wines with a richer, more generous fruit profile than many cooler vintages. Dom Pérignon's careful selection and blending produced a Rosé with depth and complexity while preserving freshness and structure.
The wine is crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a portion of Pinot Noir vinified as red wine and incorporated into the blend. This technique contributes the distinctive rosé colour, red-fruit character and additional depth of the wine.
Extended maturation in the cellar has allowed the 2003 Rosé to develop layers of ripe red fruit, citrus, dried fruit, spice, toast and subtle savoury nuances, while maintaining the refined mousse associated with Dom Pérignon.

Deep copper-pink with warm salmon and amber reflections, accompanied by a fine and persistent mousse.
Nose:
Rich and expressive with aromas of ripe strawberry, raspberry, cherry and redcurrant, followed by orange peel, dried flowers, spice, toasted almond and subtle smoky nuances.
