Domaine Bachelet-Monnot Saint-Aubin 1er Cru "En Remilly" 2023 750ml is an exceptional French white wine from Burgundy's prestigious Côte de Beaune. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay by brothers Marc and Alexandre Bachelet, this limited-production Premier Cru showcases the remarkable freshness, aromatic complexity and mineral character of the renowned En Remilly vineyard.

The 2023 vintage offers an expressive combination of apricot, passion fruit and delicate yellow flowers, complemented by refreshing sea-spray nuances and subtle liquorice. Its medium-bodied palate balances generous fruit with lively acidity, creating an elegant and sophisticated drinking experience.

Situated near the celebrated Montrachet vineyards, En Remilly is recognised for its rocky limestone soils and ability to produce Chardonnay with precision, freshness and distinctive mineral character. The estate's careful vineyard management and measured oak maturation help preserve the purity of fruit and expression of terroir.

Production of the 2023 vintage was exceptionally limited following vineyard replanting, with only two used barrels reported for this cuvée. This makes it particularly appealing to Burgundy enthusiasts and collectors seeking distinctive, small-production Premier Cru white wines.

The 750ml bottle is ideal for fine dining, special occasions, premium gifting and customers seeking an elegant white Burgundy with excellent food-pairing versatility.
