Crafted by Brice Omont, this cuvée showcases indigenous grape varieties grown on the dramatic, south-facing terraces of Coteau de Cevins. The vineyard’s schist-rich soils contribute to the wine’s distinctive mineral character, while the blend of Persan and Mondeuse Noire brings together fragrant fruit, savoury depth, and fine structure. Produced using organic and biodynamic viticulture, with careful fermentation and maturation designed to preserve the grapes’ natural expression, the 2019 vintage offers concentrated red and dark fruit, floral nuances, peppery spice, and refreshing acidity.
