Sourced from hillside vineyards around Saint-Pierre-de-Soucy and Saint-Jean-de-la-Porte, it reflects the region’s distinctive terroir of schistose marl, clay-rich soils, and clay-limestone scree. The blend combines Gamay, Mondeuse Noire, and Persan to create a lively, food-friendly red with fresh berry flavours, floral nuances, and a subtle mineral character.
