Drappier Champagne Brut Nature Zero Dosage NV Magnum 1.5L is a pure and expressive Champagne made entirely from Pinot Noir, showcasing the grape's natural richness, freshness and mineral character. Produced in Urville in the Côte des Bar, this cuvée is crafted without dosage, allowing the fruit and terroir to take centre stage.

Made from first-press juice and vinified with minimal intervention, the Champagne is bottled without filtration and receives no added sugar at disgorgement. The result is a precise, exceptionally dry and energetic Champagne with vibrant fruit, refreshing acidity and a pronounced mineral character.

The Magnum format provides an elegant presentation for celebrations while offering an ideal format for extended maturation and premium Champagne service.

Tasting Notes

Colour:
Bright golden yellow with silver highlights and a fine, persistent mousse.

Nose:
Fresh and expressive, revealing aromas of white peach, pear, citrus and red berries, accompanied by delicate floral, mineral and lightly spicy notes.

Palate:
Dry, lively and precise, with flavours of fresh pear, redcurrant, citrus zest and white peach. The Pinot Noir contributes body and structure, while crisp acidity and mineral freshness provide balance.

Long, clean and refreshing, with lingering citrus, saline minerality and subtle red-fruit notes.
