The 2022 E. Guigal Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a powerful and sophisticated red wine from one of the Southern Rhône Valley's most prestigious appellations. Crafted primarily from old-vine Grenache, complemented by Mourvèdre, Syrah and other permitted varieties, this expressive blend reflects the richness of the region's distinctive rocky and red-clay soils. Traditional winemaking and extended ageing in large oak foudres develop remarkable depth, complexity and texture. Rich and harmonious, it combines mature red and dark fruit with aromatic spice, rounded tannins and impressive ageing potential.
