The 2022 E. Guigal Crozes-Hermitage is a characterful Northern Rhône red wine crafted entirely from Syrah grapes grown on the region's distinctive limestone, clay and sandy gravel soils. Sourced from vineyards in the northern part of the appellation, this wine displays greater depth and structure while retaining the freshness and vibrant fruit typical of Northern Rhône Syrah. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels, it develops layers of ripe red and dark fruit, subtle vanilla and savoury spice. Balanced and expressive, it offers an excellent introduction to the quality and character of Crozes-Hermitage.
