Long maturation in Incienso Marrón and French oak brings a polished, wood-forward profile of vanilla, butterscotch and milk chocolate, lifted by a lively finish of red pepper flake. Colour:
Deep amber to rich mahogany with warm copper highlights.

Nose:
Polished and complex, with aromas of clove, cinnamon and vanilla, complemented by aged wood, toasted nuts and subtle dried-fruit notes.

Palate:
Rich and rounded, revealing flavours of vanilla, butterscotch and milk chocolate, layered with caramel, dried fruit and warming spices. Mature oak adds depth, while a distinctive woody character provides balance.

Finish:
Long and warming, with lingering vanilla, dark chocolate, aged wood and a touch of red pepper spice.
