El Supremo 8 Years Rum 700ml

An exceptional medium-bodied, dark amber rum with real depth. The El Supremo 8 Year Old blends a full- flavoured, heavier-bodied character with a smooth, sumptuous texture, so it is just as good neat as it is at the heart of a memorable cocktail. Warming spice leads on the nose, followed by cocoa, caramel and a distinct mineral note on the palate, finishing long and supple with spiced cocoa.

Deep amber with warm golden-brown and copper reflections.

Nose:
Rich aromas of toffee, roasted coffee, toasted nuts and dark chocolate, complemented by dried fruit, cinnamon and a subtle smoky wood character.

Palate:
Smooth and medium-bodied, with flavours of caramel, toasted oak, dried fruit and cocoa. Warm spices, including pepper and cinnamon, add complexity alongside the distinctive earthy character of Paraguayan wood.

Finish:
Warm and lingering, with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, oak and gentle spice.
