Fèlsina Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia 2019 is a distinguished Tuscan red wine made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes from the historic Rancia vineyard in Castelnuovo Berardenga. The vineyard sits at approximately 400–420 metres above sea level and features limestone-rich alberese and galestro soils. The wine is fermented and macerated in stainless steel before maturing in French oak for approximately 18–20 months, followed by additional bottle ageing.
The 2019 vintage offers a refined combination of red and dark berry fruit, floral aromas, spice, mineral character and subtle toasted nuances. Bright acidity and firm yet supple tannins provide structure, freshness and a persistent finish.
