Matured with the influence of Pedro Ximénez sherry and Spanish wine casks, this 15-year-old expression brings together deep, indulgent flavours with the distillery's distinctive coastal character. The combination creates a whisky rich in dark fruit, caramelised sweetness, chocolate and warming spice, balanced by bright citrus and a subtle maritime influence.

Nose:
Rich and indulgent with chocolate sauce and salted caramel, lifted by bright Spanish orange. Dark Manuka honey and rich date oil add further depth.

Palate:
Luscious and full-bodied with salted treacle and caramelised dates, followed by juicy orange and papaya. Rich chocolate and coffee create a deep, indulgent character.

Finish:
Long and warming with lingering chocolate, coffee, caramelised fruit and subtle coastal character.
