Helios Rum 720ml

HELIOS RUM is a Japanese craft white rum from Okinawa, made using locally sourced sugarcane molasses.

Created as the original rum of Helios Distillery, the expression reflects the producer's philosophy of making spirits from crops grown in the local environment. Its clean and dry style highlights the natural character of Okinawan sugarcane, with a light fruity aroma and refreshing finish.

At 40% ABV, HELIOS RUM is versatile enough to enjoy neat or on the rocks while also working particularly well in refreshing cocktails such as a Mojito or Rum & Coke.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Crystal clear and transparent.

Nose: Light and gently sweet, with fresh sugarcane, delicate fruit and subtle floral notes.

Palate: Clean, dry and refreshing, with sugarcane sweetness, light fruity nuances and a crisp spirit character.

Finish: Smooth and clean, with a refreshing sugarcane character and a light, dry lingering finish.
