Crafted from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, this cuvée embodies the house's commitment to tradition and innovation. The wine undergoes fermentation in 3–6-year-old Argonne oak barrels, with full malolactic fermentation, and is aged on lees for a minimum of three years post-disgorgement. The result is a Champagne that balances power and elegance, showcasing the depth and complexity of its extended aging process.

Tasting Notes
