Produced in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, this cuvée reflects the house’s philosophy of terroir purity, oak influence, and layered complexity.

Built from reserve wines dating back to 1990 and refreshed annually through 2021, the perpetual reserve method creates remarkable depth while maintaining freshness and precision. Crafted primarily from Pinot Noir with Chardonnay support, the wine is vinified partly in oak barrels, adding texture and aromatic richness without overpowering minerality.
