Higashi no Homare Ryu Ryu Ryu Ryu (龍龍龍龍) is a premium Junmai Daiginjo from Azumanofumoto Sake Brewery in Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture. The name is created by writing the character 龍 (dragon) four times, forming the rare character read as “Tetsu” (てつ). The brewery uses the name to represent the considerable time and craftsmanship invested in producing this sake.
Crafted from 100% Aiyama rice, a highly regarded sake rice known for producing rich yet refined expressions, the rice is polished to 40%. The resulting sake showcases the natural softness and fullness associated with Aiyama while maintaining an elegant and well-balanced character.
