Palate

The initial sweetness of toffee and vanilla quickly gives way to Highland Park’s distinctive heathery peat, adding a gentle smoky warmth. Layers of apple, almond, and cinnamon emerge, evoking the comforting taste of spiced apple strudel drizzled in custard.

Finish
