Hubert Lignier Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2023 is an elegant and terroir-driven Burgundy crafted by the highly acclaimed Domaine Hubert Lignier, one of the Côte de Nuits' most respected family estates. Based in Morey-Saint-Denis, the domaine has built an international reputation for producing wines of exceptional purity, finesse, and ageing potential while practising sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking.
The 2023 vintage is produced exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from carefully selected estate vineyards within the Bourgogne AOC. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in French oak barrels, the wine beautifully expresses the hallmark elegance of Burgundy with vibrant red berry fruit, floral aromatics, refined tannins, and lively acidity. Although approachable in its youth, it possesses the balance and structure to develop additional complexity with several years of cellaring.

Brilliant ruby red with delicate garnet reflections.
Nose:
Elegant aromas of red cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, cranberry, violet, rose petals, subtle spice, forest floor, and gentle oak.
Palate:
Medium-bodied and silky with layers of ripe cherry, raspberry, cranberry, and red plum, complemented by delicate earthy notes, soft baking spices, fine minerality, and refined oak. Fresh acidity and polished tannins provide exceptional balance and elegance.
Finish:
Long, fresh, and refined with lingering red berries, floral notes, subtle spice, and classic Burgundy minerality.
