Inglenook Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 is an elegant and expressive red wine produced by the historic Inglenook estate in Rutherford, Napa Valley, California. Established in 1879, Inglenook has built a distinguished reputation for producing wines that reflect the distinctive character of its vineyards and the heritage of Napa Valley winemaking.
Crafted predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon and complemented by traditional Bordeaux varieties, this sophisticated wine showcases remarkable concentration, depth and balance. The 2015 vintage reveals layers of blackcurrant, cassis, black cherry and ripe plum, complemented by aromatic vanilla, anise, cedar and seasoned oak.
A relatively warm growing season and limited rainfall resulted in concentrated grapes with excellent ripeness. The wine was aged for 18 months in 100% French oak barrels, with 50% new oak, allowing the fruit, tannins and oak characteristics to integrate beautifully.
With its velvety texture, supple tannins and generous dark fruit character, the 2015 Inglenook Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent expression of Rutherford's renowned terroir. It is particularly appealing to Cabernet Sauvignon enthusiasts, premium wine collectors and those seeking an elegant Napa Valley red wine.
