The wines are well-balanced and full of flavour, yellow in colour with a glimmer of green and a structure that changes according to the planting. Marsanne requires a dry, hot climate with plenty of sunshine, but is robust and vigorous and can thrive in the poorest of soils. Its wines are powerful, with medium acidity. Floral aromas develop on ageing, alongside notes of hazelnuts.
100% Marsanne

J. Denuzière Saint-Joseph Blanc 2022 is a refined Northern Rhône white wine produced by the historic Maison J. Denuzière, a family-owned winery established in 1876 in Condrieu. Crafted exclusively from 100% Marsanne, this elegant Saint-Joseph Blanc expresses the distinctive granite soils of the appellation, delivering richness, freshness, and remarkable mineral precision.

The 2022 vintage benefited from a warm and dry growing season, producing beautifully concentrated fruit while maintaining vibrant acidity. Fermented with meticulous care and partially matured on fine lees, the wine develops layers of white orchard fruit, citrus blossom, toasted hazelnut, and delicate floral notes. A silky texture is balanced by lively freshness and a long mineral finish, making this an excellent expression of Saint-Joseph Blanc that is equally enjoyable young or after several years of cellaring.
