Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée n° 748 Extra Brut is a sophisticated non-vintage Champagne that showcases the house's commitment to precision, terroir expression and exceptional winemaking. Based on the 2020 harvest, this cuvée combines carefully selected grapes from Champagne's distinguished growing areas with reserve wines from previous releases, creating a layered and balanced sparkling wine.
The blend is characterised by Chardonnay from Avize and Oiry, complemented by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers and Champillon. Fermented and aged in large wooden vats on the lees without filtration or fining, the wine develops remarkable texture, aromatic complexity and mineral precision.
With its extra-dry dosage of just 2 g/L, Cuvée n° 748 offers a crisp, refined expression of Champagne. Fresh citrus, orchard fruit, delicate floral aromas and chalky mineral nuances are complemented by subtle notes of brioche and spice. Its fine, persistent bubbles and refreshing acidity make it an excellent choice for sophisticated aperitifs, fine dining and special celebrations.
