The “Es Chezots” climat is situated on cooler hillside terroirs with complex limestone and marl soils, contributing freshness, smoky minerality, and structural finesse. The 2022 vintage produced concentrated yet balanced fruit, retaining vibrant acidity and precision despite the warm growing season. Partial whole-cluster fermentation and restrained oak ageing add savoury complexity and texture while preserving purity of fruit.
