Juniper Aquitaine Rouge 2021 is an elegant Bordeaux-style red blend from Juniper Estate’s original Wilyabrup vineyard in Margaret River. The wine combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot to create a medium-bodied expression with vibrant red and black fruit, fine tannins, fresh acidity and integrated French oak.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: 

Bright crimson red.

Nose: 

Aromas of damson plum, red and black fruits, dried sage, tobacco leaf and sweet, nutty French oak.

Palate: 

Plush red cherry and red currant flavours are complemented by toasted spice, fine herbs and subtle oak. Fine, velvety tannins and fresh acidity provide balance and structure.

Finish: 

Long and refined, with lingering red fruit, spice, herbal notes and integrated oak.
