Juniper Cornerstone Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is a single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Juniper Estate's original Wilyabrup plantings. Made exclusively from the Houghton selection of Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine combines concentrated dark and red fruit with cedar, graphite, liquorice and finely integrated French oak. Its structured yet polished character reflects the distinctive terroir of Wilyabrup.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: 

Carmine red.

Nose: 

Expressive aromas of blackcurrant, boysenberry, raspberry and Satsuma plum, complemented by cedar, graphite and dried lavender.

Palate: 

Layered red and blue fruits with cassis, smoky cedar and liquorice. Fine, structured tannins provide depth and texture, supported by balanced acidity and integrated oak.

Finish: 

Long, elegant and polished, with lingering dark fruit, cedar, liquorice and subtle herbal notes.
