Juyondai Arabashiri Jo-Morohaku Hon Nama (十四代 あらばしり 上諸白 本生) is one of the most sought-after seasonal releases from the legendary Takagi Shuzo brewery in Yamagata Prefecture. Produced in extremely limited quantities, this ultra-premium Junmai Daiginjo showcases the prized Arabashiri ("first-run") pressing, where only the freshest free-run sake is collected before pressure is applied. Combined with Jo-Morohaku, indicating highly polished rice for both the koji and brewing rice, the result is an exceptionally pure, refined, and aromatic expression of Juyondai's signature style.

As a Hon Nama (unpasteurised) sake, it retains vibrant freshness, lively fruit aromas, and remarkable depth of flavour. Delicate notes of white peach, melon, and pear are beautifully balanced by silky sweetness, refreshing acidity, and elegant umami, culminating in a remarkably clean and lingering finish. Revered by collectors and sake enthusiasts worldwide, this limited seasonal release represents one of the finest expressions of modern premium sake craftsmanship.
