Juyondai Arabashiri Jo-Morohaku Hon Nama (十四代 あらばしり 上諸白 本生) is one of the most coveted seasonal releases from the legendary Takagi Shuzo brewery in Yamagata Prefecture. Brewed in extremely limited quantities, this ultra-premium Junmai Daiginjo showcases the prized Arabashiri ("first-run") pressing, where only the freshest free-run sake is collected before pressure is applied. Combined with the Jo-Morohaku brewing method, which uses highly polished rice for both the koji and brewing rice, this sake delivers exceptional purity, elegance, and aromatic finesse.

As a Hon Nama (unpasteurised) sake, it preserves its vibrant freshness, lively Ginjo aromatics, and silky texture. Expect expressive notes of Japanese melon, white peach, pear, and green apple, beautifully balanced by delicate sweetness, refreshing acidity, and refined umami. The result is an exceptionally smooth and elegant sake with remarkable depth and a clean, lingering finish. Highly sought after by collectors and sake enthusiasts worldwide, this seasonal release represents the pinnacle of modern premium sake craftsmanship.
