KI NO BI SEI Kyoto Dry Gin is a premium Japanese gin from The Kyoto Distillery, created as a more concentrated and robust expression of the original KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin. "SEI" means strength in Japanese, reflecting its higher bottling strength and more pronounced botanical character.
The gin is crafted using a distinctive six-element botanical recipe, with ingredients divided into six categories: base, citrus, tea, herbal, spicy, and floral. Japanese botanicals such as yuzu, hinoki, akamatsu (red pine), sansho pepper, and gyokuro tea contribute a distinctive Kyoto identity, while traditional distillation techniques bring precision and balance.
Bottled at 54.5% ABV, KI NO BI SEI delivers greater intensity and concentration than the standard KI NO BI expression while retaining its characteristic elegance and harmony.
