This 16-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Glengyle Distillery has been wonderfully matured in a combination of 60-65% ex-sherry casks, 30-35% ex-bourbon casks, and approximately 5% ex-rum casks.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Rich honey, caramel, lemon, and slight pineapple, with perhaps a bit of a meaty character

Palate: Honey and caramel sweetness balanced with lemon and raspberry sourness

Finish: Medium to long finish featuring charred oak notes
